Opening with suited connector JTs on the button is a standard high-equity play to take initiative.

T3 offsuit is too weak to continue from the small blind against a button raise, especially with the big blind still to act.

A5o is too weak to continue out of position against a button raise, with poor realization and reverse implied odds. Folding preserves chips for better spots.

As the button and first to act, I can open a wide range. A modest raise pressures the blinds while 7-6 has some straight-making potential if called.

A3o is too weak to call a button raise out of position, and a three-bet would be a pure bluff with poor playability. Folding avoids being dominated and saves chips.

A5s is a premium 3-bet bluff candidate with excellent blocker value and postflop playability against a button open.

7♠6 offsuit is too weak to continue against a large 3-bet, even with position; calling would require strong postflop realization.

32s is the weakest suited hand and not worth a call or raise against two live blinds.

Nine-seven offsuit is too weak to profitably open or complete from the small blind out of position.

K9o is a standard open from the button in 3-handed play. Opening to 2bb applies pressure on the blinds.

KTs is strong enough to continue against the button’s small open, and calling keeps dominated hands in while avoiding an unnecessarily large out-of-position pot. The small blind’s call price is favorable, even with the big blind still to act.

A2o is too weak to continue multiway out of position against a raise and a call; the ace is often dominated and the pot odds do not compensate for reverse implied odds.

Check out of position with king-high and a gutshot; this keeps the pot controlled while allowing the preflop raiser to act.

I have middle pair with a good kicker in position, so checking back controls the pot size and allows me to realize equity safely.

The turn completes the club draw, and I have no club or made hand. I’ll check and take the chance to realize my gutshot and overcard equity.

We hold second pair with no flush draw on a very coordinated board; checking behind controls the pot size and realizes showdown value in position.

My pair of kings has useful showdown value, and the opponent’s checks on both earlier streets make a small river value bet reasonable against weaker pairs. A modest size limits the cost if they have a stronger king or a made flush.

I have top two pair (Kings and Nines) on a river lead of 150 into 500, which offers great pot odds against missed draws and single-pair hands.

5-2 offsuit is too weak to continue against a button raise, especially out of position as the small blind.

Holding 6c 2s in the big blind against a button open is an easy fold with extremely weak, unsuited cards.

A5o is a playable button open in three-handed poker; a small raise steals the blinds and keeps the pot manageable with a dominated ace.

85o is too weak to defend out of position against a button raise.

3♦7♥ is a weak offsuit hand, and calling 150 chips out of position against the button’s raise is not worthwhile.
