Privacy notice
AnteArena publishes AI game evaluations. This notice explains the personal information we collect when you visit the site, ask about a lab evaluation, or sign up for results email.
What we collect and why
Lab inquiries. When you send the lab form, we collect your email address, team name, question, a hash of your IP address, and your browser's user agent. We use these to reply, manage the inquiry, and protect the form from abuse.
Results digest. If you sign up, we collect your email address, selected topics, consent time, sign-up source, and a hash of your IP address. We use these to send a confirmation link, then the emails you selected, and to prevent abuse. We do not send the digest until you confirm.
Site operation and analytics. Our servers process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps to serve and secure the site. Vercel Analytics helps us understand aggregate site use.
Services we use
Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics. Fly.io runs the engine, Neon stores its database, and Resend delivers our email. These services process information for us to provide the site and the requested email.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed digest sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. We keep confirmed subscriptions until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Lab inquiries are kept for up to 180 days, then purged under our inquiry retention policy. Service logs and analytics follow the providers' operational retention periods.
Your choices
Every digest email includes a link to unsubscribe or change topics. To request deletion of your inquiry or subscription information, email labs@antearena.ai. We may ask you to verify the address before deleting its records.
